CLEARLINE FACILITIES

A commercial facilities template structured around site types, agreed cleaning scope, shift handovers, quality checks, issue escalation, and change control

Full-page preview of the CLEARLINE FACILITIES template

Design concept

Clearline uses a green, white, slate, and amber Happy Hues palette with a disciplined facilities ledger. The page avoids staged before-and-after imagery and instead presents real operating environments, site-specific service routes, named records, and change control. Two-column service cards, full-width quality bands, and repeated square markers create an orderly system without constraining background color to a narrow card.

How to use this template

Choose this template for a commercial cleaning company, facilities-management provider, workplace-services firm, property support contractor, specialist hygiene team, or multi-site operations business.

Replace the Clearline identity with the approved company name and a simple transparent logo, plus a light version for dark surfaces. Retain the selected Happy Hues palette or map approved brand colors to semantic variables, then verify contrast for text, links, buttons, status labels, focus, warnings, errors, disabled controls and hover states.

Replace the generated team image with licensed photography of actual employees working at representative sites. Obtain worker and property releases, follow client security rules, and remove access badges, tenant names, screens, documents, alarm panels, keys, floor plans and other sensitive details. Never use generated uniforms, people, equipment or buildings to imply real staff, clients, methods, certifications, safety performance or service coverage.

Rewrite the hero around the real regions, site types, operating model, supervision and inquiry route. Every demonstration opening time, response target, review count, service and availability statement is fictional and must be verified or removed. Do not promise complete cleanliness, infection prevention, zero complaints, guaranteed attendance, instant issue resolution, fixed savings or outcomes dependent on the building, occupants, client controls or third parties. Site pages should define included areas, surfaces, tasks, methods, frequency, time window, access, security, equipment, chemicals, consumables, waste handling, washroom provision, periodic work, high-level work, pest interfaces, external areas, exclusions, client responsibilities, reporting, supervision and change control.

Clearly distinguish routine cleaning, reactive work, deep cleaning, specialist decontamination, hazardous-material work and regulated services. Do not imply clinical, biohazard, asbestos, confined-space, working-at-height, food-production or other specialist competence without verified training, risk assessment, equipment and authorization. Method and safety pages should identify assessment ownership, COSHH or applicable chemical controls, product instructions, dilution, dwell time, compatibility, ventilation, PPE, storage, signage, equipment inspection, manual handling, lone working, slips, sharps, bodily fluids, electrical hazards, incident reporting and emergency procedures.

Marketing content must not tell untrained users to perform hazardous tasks. Quality reporting should state the agreed scope, sampling method, inspection frequency, scoring definition, exclusions, evidence access, corrective owner, timescale and trend period. A dashboard is not proof of completed work unless records are controlled and auditable. Explain how attendance, missed tasks, access failure, complaints, damage, consumable shortages, additional requests and service changes are recorded and resolved. Workforce pages should accurately describe employment model, vetting scope, right-to-work checks, training, supervision, language support, uniforms, identification, welfare, pay commitments and subcontracting.

Avoid vague ethical-employment claims without evidence and dates. Sustainability claims need defined products, dosage, water, equipment, waste, transport, energy, supplier evidence, baseline and reporting boundary. Never invent client logos, testimonials, accreditations, audit scores, injury rates, employee numbers, carbon reductions, awards or response performance.

For SEO, create substantial pages for genuine site types, services, standards, reporting, regions, careers and case studies rather than thin location or cleaning-keyword permutations. Use unique titles and descriptions, canonical URLs, clear headings, meaningful internal links, review dates and accurate alternative text. Apply Organization, LocalBusiness, Service, Offer, FAQPage or Article structured data only when visible content supports every property.

If multilingual, use qualified translators for safety, chemicals, employment, complaints, privacy and commercial scope.

On mobile, keep site type, service boundaries, issue reporting and contact actions readable; allow scope tables to reflow or scroll and never rely on color alone for status. Maintain semantic landmarks, heading order, keyboard access, visible focus, high contrast, touch targets, zoom, reduced motion, accessible forms and errors. Use secure systems for site plans, access information, staff records, incident evidence and client reports.

Before launch, replace every fictional claim, target, service, site, image, contact and link; test forms, issue reporting, secure uploads, telephone and email, failure states, keyboard and screen readers, mobile and ultrawide layouts, slow networks, reduced motion and browsers. Add reviewed privacy, cookies, terms, service scope, health and safety, chemicals, incident, security, complaints, employment, accessibility and contact pages with named operations, quality, safety, privacy, accessibility and content owners.
