EMBER COFFEE WORKS

A specialty coffee roaster template organized around cup preference, traceable lots, roast batches, repeatable brew recipes, subscriptions, and wholesale support

Design concept

Ember uses cream, white, navy, pink, and pale clay from Happy Hues Palette 2. A full-height roastery photograph establishes production rather than café lifestyle, while the centered content remains safely constrained. The page organizes coffee by the cup a customer wants to make, then exposes source, roast, brew, and freshness records. Editorial typography, batch labels, and restrained ring geometry create a memorable system without decorative noise.

How to use this template

Choose this template for a specialty coffee roaster, direct-trade coffee brand, subscription service, coffee importer with roasted products, café roastery, or wholesale coffee supplier.

Replace the Ember identity with the approved brand name and simple transparent logo, plus a light version for dark photography and footer use. Retain the selected Happy Hues palette or map approved brand colors to semantic variables, then verify contrast for product text, links, prices, availability, buttons, focus, errors, disabled controls and hover states.

Replace the generated roastery image with licensed photography of the real roaster, production space, team, coffee, packaging, brew equipment and wholesale service. Obtain releases and remove supplier documents, batch records, customer labels, addresses, screens and confidential production data. Never use generated machinery, people, sacks or beans to imply actual facilities, origins, capacity, certifications, relationships, quality or production practice.

Rewrite the hero around the true roasting approach, customer group, dispatch schedule and immediate product proposition. Every demonstration batch number, schedule, batch size, response time, coffee, recipe and availability statement is fictional and must connect to maintained commerce and production data or be replaced. Do not promise freshness as an absolute quality guarantee, fixed flavor, health effects, ethical perfection, farmer income, environmental benefit, exact dispatch or results dependent on water, grinder, brewer, storage and technique. Product pages should state coffee name, producer or group, farm or region where supportable, country, variety, process, harvest or crop period, importer, certifications if applicable, roast approach, intended brew methods, net weight, roast or dispatch policy, whole-bean or grind option, allergens or cross-contact where relevant, price, tax, stock, subscription eligibility, delivery and returns.

Flavor notes should be framed as sensory guidance rather than added ingredients unless ingredients are actually present. Explain how notes were developed and avoid exoticizing producers or repeating unverified sourcing stories. Sourcing pages need permission and current evidence for producer identity, relationship duration, lot traceability, price claims, premiums, certifications, projects and impact. Define whether reported price is farmgate, parchment, FOB, landed or another measure, with currency, period and comparison basis. Avoid vague direct trade, ethical, sustainable, carbon-neutral, regenerative or living-income claims without scope, method, evidence, date and limitations.

Roast and quality pages may describe equipment, sample roasting, profiling, cupping, water and checks, but should not publish confidential settings or imply that a score guarantees customer preference. Brew guides need dose, beverage or water mass, temperature, grind direction, time, agitation, filter and adjustment advice. State that grinder calibration, water and equipment vary. Food-safety content should cover storage, shelf life, packaging valve, damaged packs, foreign-body complaints, recalls, allergens for flavored products, decaffeination disclosure and contact routes. Subscription pages must explain frequency, quantity, selection method, billing date, renewal, shipping, skips, changes, cancellation, gifts, substitutions, price changes and failed payments.

Wholesale pages should state real service area, minimums, ordering, lead times, equipment scope, installation boundaries, training, maintenance, emergency support, coffee exclusivity and contract terms. Never invent producer quotations, café clients, awards, competition results, scores, certifications, review ratings, roast capacity or sourcing premiums.

For SEO, create substantial pages for actual coffees, producers, regions, processes, brew guides, subscriptions, wholesale, cafés and journal content. Use unique titles and descriptions, canonical URLs, accurate stock and price, clear headings, meaningful internal links and descriptive alternative text. Apply Product, Offer, Organization, ItemList, HowTo, FAQPage or Article structured data only when visible content supports every property.

If multilingual, use qualified translators for product facts, contracts, food safety, subscriptions and sourcing context.

On mobile, keep coffee name, format, weight, price, stock, key brew guidance and purchase action together. Allow tables to reflow, make subscription controls understandable, and never hide important terms behind hover. Maintain semantic landmarks, heading order, keyboard access, visible focus, large touch targets, zoom, high contrast, reduced motion, accessible galleries, form labels and errors. Use secure commerce and explain payment, shipping, tax, returns, privacy, cookies, analytics and marketing consent.

Before launch, replace every fictional coffee, person, batch, claim, recipe, price, contact, image and link; test purchase, variants, subscriptions, stock, failures, telephone and email, screen readers, keyboard use, mobile and ultrawide layouts, slow networks, reduced motion and browsers. Add reviewed privacy, cookies, terms, shipping, returns, subscription, wholesale, food safety, recall, sustainability, accessibility and contact pages with named coffee, production, food-safety, commerce, privacy, accessibility and content owners.
